You are the creator of your own joy

If you are not fully experiencing your joy in one or more areas of your life, then there is some action you can take to change this. An enigma that life is inviting you to solve.

You know why?

Because joy is our true nature.

Just look at children, those little bundles of happiness. They are spontaneously joyful and awaken to life without limits. That is until the accumulation of their lived experiences get in their way and gradually make it harder for them to experiencing this joy, however instinctive a feeling it may be.
In my practice, I propose that you use these uncomfortable experiences to transform your current challenges into joy.
When we decide to see the events of our life as an opportunity, doors open for us.
